I have two suggestions 4 you

1.It will be a good idea to tell your student about the rule and then support it by an example, more than only giving example


Here I would like to say, when you said (in some words, you don’t pronounce the letter R) and then you gave examples to it. but what is the rule? and how they can know it


HINT,, see the letter preceding the letter R in all these words,, dose it use the tong? And how the letter uses it.


2.you should HUNT on what they say, and highlight their mistakes. i.e. Sentimental said (that means I have an spelling issue) see the (an spelling) why don’t u highlight such mistakes? And they should accept it with no bad feelings

by they way,, can u reserve a seat 4 me please?

oh my God ,u did the very same thing that i did 2 years ago,when i first joined my school,i messed it all in the first term exams, my english was very slang the reader may think that am talking 2 a friend of mine,and of course i did not get high marks ,that is when i only believed my mom when she was asking me not 2 use a lot of colloquial words ,and i never ever did that again
and concerning spelling mistakes,i do have a lot of stupid mistakes that i make ,many times i feel that am a kinda illiterate ,coz i forget the spellings a lot ,sometimes i change a whole sentence coz am not sure of one word,and this really makes me feel bad
anyways am gonna join this post ,coz am interested to know how British ppl pronunciate their english,just for fun ,coz they really impress me when i hear them talk,but i wanna keep my American accent,British English is so sophisticated,polite,classy,i don`t think it suits me:D
